Sunday │ Tacos de Adobada Alambre
Three chili marinated pork brochette with onions and fresh pineapple. Served with whole beans, Mexican rice, cilantro, onions hand made corn tortillas and freshly made salsa.
Monday │ Seafood Wrap
Large chipotle flour tortilla filled with a blend of Mexican shrimp, surimi & lobster. Served with red pepper dip.
Tuesday │ Enchiladas Nortenas De Pollo
Three enchiladas filled with roasted chicken sauteed with salsa de tomatillo and queso fresco. Topped with red onions and queso fresco. (Don’t forget about Taco Tuesday)
Wednesday │ Enchilada de Crema & Espinacas
Fresh spinach and mushrooms sauteed with corn relish, cheese and cream sauce. Topped with cilantro cream sauce, lettuce, fresh salsa and sour cream.
Thursday │ Flautas de Maiz
Four corn flautas filled with carnitas. Topped with fresh guacamole, sour cream, pickled red onions, and salsa.
Friday │ Pescado Alo Macho
Bass Corvina fish on a bed of fresh spinach and mushrooms. Topped with mango salsa.
Saturday │ Cochinitas Pibil
Pork shoulder rubbed with achiote, wrapped in banana leaves and slow-cooked until tender. Served with whole beans, Mexican rice, pickled red onions, fresh salsa and hand made tortillas.
